Shipping Policy
General Information:
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location:
- We currently ship to addresses within United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK. If you’re outside of this area and wish to place an order, please contact us.
Delivery Time:
- An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order.
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed before your final checkout confirmation.
Sales Tax:
- We charge sales tax for items shipped to addresses in legally required areas.
Damaged Items in Transport:
- If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
Tracking:
- If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Note, most of our products are shipped from our warehouses and partners overseas.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates vary by region and will be displayed at checkout.
Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
