Return Policy:

  2. Domestic Returns: Items covered under our domestic return policy can be returned within 15 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
  3. General Returns: You can return any item within 15 days of receiving it, as long as:
    • It remains in perfect condition.
    • It is in the original packaging.
    • All safety seals are intact and all labels are retained.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • Customized and personalized items.
  • Items you have damaged or items without original packaging, price tags, safety seals, or labels.

Buyer Protection Program:

  • We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If your item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or isn’t as described, you’re protected under our Buyer Protection Program.
  • This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer based on laws and regulations in your country of residence.

How to Avail Buyer Protection:

  2. File a Return/Refund Request: Initiate a return or refund request within 15 days of order completion and receipt. Please provide a reason for the return to help us improve.
  3. Get Refunded: If your order is eligible under our Buyer Protection Program, you’ll be refunded.


  • Once we’ve inspected your returned items and they meet our conditions, you’ll be fully refunded.
